We installed this custom made white oak engineered floor in a downtown Vancouver penthouse. Existing carpets were removed and the subfloor was also leveled with Novaplan self leveling compound made by Mapei. We used 15 bags plus some grinding of the concrete slab. This job took us 6 days for 1200 square feet of flooring plus 350 linear feet of baseboards.
